Giấy chứng nhận tiêu chuẩn chất lượng hàng hóa Certificate Of Quality (C/Q) là loại giấy chứng nhận chất lượng hàng hóa phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn của một nước sản xuất hoặc các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế.
Mục đích hình thành giấy chứng nhận chất lượng tiêu chuẩn
Về cơ bản giấy chứng nhận tiêu chuẩn chất lượng hàng hóa được ra đời nhằm bảo vệ lợi ích của người tiêu dùng. Người tiêu dùng có thể căn cứ vào giấy để xác định chất lượng, độ an toàn của sản phẩm hàng hóa.
Với từng mặt hàng, giấy chứng nhận chất lượng là quy chuẩn để hàng hóa đến tay người tiêu dùng. Với hàng hóa thực phẩm thiết yếu, bảng tiêu chuẩn chất lượng sẽ đặc biệt quan tâm đến an toàn sức khỏe cho người sử dụng. Thực phẩm muốn có được giấy chứng nhận phải đạt tiêu chuẩn giới hạn các chất phụ gia dưới mức có thể tác động đến sức khỏe, hoặc hàm lượng các chất dinh dưỡng phải đạt ngưỡng tiêu chuẩn.
Đối với vật liệu xây dựng đặc biệt là kính, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng đưa ra phải đảm bảo an toàn cho người sử dụng. Đây là một vài tiêu chuẩn có thể được xét tới:
- Không có/không phát tác chất gây độc, trong quá trình sử dụng ở điều kiện môi trường sử dụng.

Tiêu chuẩn một khu vực nhỏ, thì sẽ dễ đạt hơn tiêu chuẩn của khu vực lớn, hoặc yêu cầu của các nước phát triển sẽ cao hơn các nước đang phát triển (do đặt người tiêu dùng lên cao hơn một mức, hoặc thêm các yếu tố về bảo vệ môi trường phù hợp với các chính sách).
Về cơ bản, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng sẽ không cố định, theo thời gian chúng sẽ được nâng lên, tùy vào chính sách thúc đẩy ban đầu của ngành hàng đó. Mục tiêu cuối cùng là đem lại lợi ích cho người sử dụng.
CQ như một lời tuyên bố về chất lượng đối với người sử dụng. Từ đó giúp đơn vị sản xuất có được sự tin tưởng của đối tác, khách hàng tin tưởng vào sản phẩm.

- Giấy chứng nhận chất lượng sản phẩm là loại có thời hạn. Đối với sản phẩm kính thời hạn là 3 năm. Tuy nhiên, sản phẩm sẽ được đánh giá lại theo định kỳ, nếu không vượt qua, giá trị của giấy chứng nhận sẽ bị hủy bỏ.
- Cơ quan cấp giấy chất lượng hàng hóa: Bộ công thương Việt Nam và phòng thương mại và công nghệ Việt Nam (VCCI). Và trong một số trường hợp có thể ủy quyền cho cơ quan, tổ chức khác.
Các bản chứng nhận CQ của Hồng Ngạn Glass là được cấp bởi GOODVN – một một tổ chức chứng nhận độc lập, chuyên nghiệp và đủ năng lực tiến hành các hoạt động đánh giá chứng nhận phù hợp. Chứng chỉ đạt tiêu chuẩn quốc tế do Tổ chức chứng nhận được Bộ Khoa học Công nghệ chỉ định và nhận diện toàn quốc.
